Welcome to Heligon Systems. By accessing or using our modular management software—including our Retail POS, Healthcare HMS, Education MIS, and NGO evaluation platforms—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Use of Our Services
Our products are provided as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or on-premise deployments depending on your chosen plan. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the software solely for your internal business operations. You must not resell, lease, copy, or reverse-engineer the underlying codebase or proprietary logic.
2. Accounts and Security
To access certain features and administrative dashboards, you must create an account. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Heligon Systems is not liable for unauthorized access caused by compromised client passwords or devices.
3. Fees and Payments
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring schedule (monthly or annually). Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access. Pricing is subject to change, though we will always provide active clients with a minimum of 30 days prior notice.
4. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all business data, records, patient information, student lists, and files uploaded to the Heligon platform. Heligon Systems claims no intellectual property rights over your proprietary input data.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Heligon Systems be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our software. Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by you for the preceding 12 months of service.
